Mi chiamo Piergiovanni Salimbeni e sono nato a Varese nel 1975.
Come ogni appassionato di questo genere di fotografia amo “scrivere con la luce” .

Mi sono laureato all'Università Statale di Milano con una tesi riguardante “Radio Vaticana e i danni da inquinamento elettromagnetico”.
Nel 1997 ho iniziato a collaborare con le riviste del settore astronomico e fotografico, specializzandomi poi nel giornalismo divulgativo.

Nel 2007 ho creato www.binomania.it, il sito web dedicato al mondo dei binocoli e delle ottiche sportive, dove troverete oltre centinaia di articoli scritti da me e dai miei collaboratori.

Attualmente lavoro come opinion leader nel settore ottico sportivo e sono un autore della rivista “Itinerari e Luoghi”.
