![]() | Sigma SD Quattro H Pros: spatial resolution, photographic approach to which it "forces", unique character Cons: not for everyone, limited usage range for the less-navigated Opinion: After almost 10 years of Canon I am gradually migrating from the reflex system to the mirrorless one and the Sigma immediately conquered me for 3 motvi: 1 the foveon sensor and more generally the yield to 100 iso 2 slow grafts and reflex batteries 3 solidity , singular appearance and build quality Bonus- the ability to easily remove the infrared filter to experience this type of photography I used this machine for still life and studio portraits and is not comparable to any ff on the market. photos of this quality you can see only with the medium format I also tried a little wedding and reportage and I have to say that it gets away but you see that it is not a machine designed for too dynamic use the real treat is to use it with m42 adapter for still life in the studio with vintage lenses... the sharpness that develops in combination with the 35 mm sgma art catapults you into another dimension!!! sent on October 12, 2019 |
