![]() | Sony FE 1.4x Pros: lightweight, compact, high quality Cons: It costs, but it's worth them all Opinion: I tried it with A9 and A7RIII multiply ingusing the 100-400mm. f4,5-5.6, the 200-600mm. f5.6-6.3 and the 600mm f4, photographing optical and still subjects. With all 3 of the optics tested I found a superlative yield! There is no loss of sharpness! I had never seen such high quality even with the excellent Canon multipliers. sent on July 22, 2019 |
![]() | Sony FE 200-600mm f/5.6-6.3 G OSS Pros: Weight, balance, handling, sharpness especially at 600 mm, speed of focus, the length remains constant as the focal changes, excellent duplicate cost. Cons: The maximum focal point is about 550 and not 600 mm. Opinion: I tried it together with my friends Valter and Gastone mounted on the A9 and A7RIII with optical lenses and with firm and moving subjects. It stands out for its handling and sharpness, especially at the highest focal point!! Light and above all well balanced. Fast and precise in focus. We compared it to the Sony 100-400 mm f 4.5-5.6 the Canon EF 200-400 f/4 L IS 1.4x (mounted on Sony A9 and Canon Eos 1DX MarkII) and the Sony 600 f 4mm. At the same diaphragm, at 200 mm it is slightly less sharp while at 400 mm it has the same sharpness as the Sony 100-400 mm. Compared to the Canon EF 200-400 f/4 L IS 1.4x has a slightly higher sharpness than all focal points especially at the longer focal. The thing that surprised me the most the sharpness at the maximum focal length, just below the Sony 600 mm f4. Clearly it doesn't have the blurry of the other optics to which we compared it. Great with 1.4X!!! sent on July 21, 2019 |
![]() | Sony FE 600mm f/4 GM OSS Pros: Weight, well balanced, speed of focus, sharpness, bokeh, great with 1.4X Cons: No one for the moment, you can say it costs a lot, but the money it costs them all! Opinion: My first impressions shared by my friends Valter Bernardeschi and Gastone Pivatelli are the ones you feel when you are faced with excellence. We tried it with A9 and A7RIII with optical aims and with firm and moving subjects. It is also distinguished by its sharpness at F4 and for the excellent bokeh!! Light and above all well balanced. Used with A9 and 1.4X freehand in the house with little light at 1/60 sec. at 6400 and 10000 ISO seems to photograph with tripod!! Surprisingly fast and above all precise in focus, I also deserve the machine bodies! Compared to the competition we are on another planet! A curiosity: the tripod bracket is the same perfectly interchangeable to that of the Canon EF 200-400 f/4L IS 1.4x sent on July 21, 2019 |
