![]() | Olympus OM-D E-M10 IV Pros: Ergonomics, overall quality, lens availability Cons: USB-C port is missing Opinion: It's my first mirrorless after two Canon reflex cameras, I chose the M43 for the compactness and the (relative) cheapness of the lenses. It took me a while to adapt (especially to the electronic viewfinder) but now I can say that I am happy with the choice. I really like using it, it has all the functions I need at my fingertips, all the levers are comfortable and I find the flip-up screen very useful (much better than the Canon one that opened horizontally). The stabilizer in the bodysuit works great, the image quality for me is perfect, I especially love the colors. It is an entry level and there is certainly better, but as far as I am concerned the margins for improvement at this point are not in the kit, but in the neck :) sent on June 18, 2025 |
![]() | Olympus 9mm f/8 Fish-Eye Body Cap Pros: Negligible price, minimum size Cons: Not excellent quality, but it seems obvious to me Opinion: It's probably the least expensive lens on the market, so you can't fault it that much. A fun toy, with a few euros you can take home a usable wide-angle lens. The best feature is the zero footprint and minimal weight, you carry the camera around as if it were a smartphone, even in the pocket of your jacket. For this, it is really convenient. sent on January 18, 2025 |
