Pros: Lightness, portability, image quality, availability used!

Cons: Doesn't have microphone input slot, USB not Type-C

Opinion: I didn't expect so much technology and quality from an entry level machine and the Micro Four Thirds sebsor. I was amazed, like others, by the resistance to ISO even in low light conditions, then nowadays with the denoise SW, you can get photographs worthy of an APS-C reflex of not even too many years ago. (reference to my obsolete Nikon D60) Obviously the difference with a Full Frame is perceived, but the portability allows it to be used in everyday situations, without feeling the lack of the Full Frame, except for specific shots such as multi exposures at night, which in any case do not go badly at all. Unfortunately the lack of the slot for microphone input is a real flaw as well as the lack of usb-C, which forces you to buy adapters for downloading photographs on laptops with usb-c ports I have not yet exploited it 100% but overall I would say that as a Mirrorless machine for everyday life it is really a great purchase, And for this last point, the availability of used is really high, so you can buy it for very little change already including some lenses.

Pros: Light, beautiful, image quality, excellent size and not bad stabilizer

Cons: I didn't find any

Opinion: I come from a Nikon Z6 III inevitably we are on two completely different worlds, but I must say that the Olympus OM-D E-M10 IV really surprised me. Despite a small sensor, the noise management is really good. At 1600 ISO practically non-existent. Really a great machine for its price range. I take it everywhere and the result is excellent.

Pros: All

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: Maximum flexibility extremely satisfied Exaggerated the panorama function really goodAutofocus and functions of higher level cameras Improved grip And go around with 4 lenses without feeling the weight of the equipment is priceless Quality without discussion HDR automatic from top If you want the only flaw is not to have jack x microphone but personally I don't use movies

Pros: Very nice,image quality,compact size,interesting features,scary stabilization

Cons: High price (on new kit) Battery Some finishing

Opinion: I've had it for 1 year and I can only express a positive opinion. Mine is black and it's really beautiful. In my opinion: Good viewfinder, good display can also be swivelled downwards. Single autofocus is great, continuous... It's not the best. Scary stabilization: with the 20mm that is not stabilized (and I seem to have understood that it does not accept from the double stabilization) I took 2 second handheld photos. Very compact, it is everywhere and this is its strength. Not a very complete menu in my opinion and the customization is inferior to that of Panasonic for example. Battery and so-so card compartment and miserable charging flap. However, it returns excellent image quality and noise is reduced up to ISO 1600. Great JPEG, workable Raw Live Comp etc really very useful. 799€ for the.kit (col 14-42) seems quite good to me

Pros: Aesthetically beautiful, economical, very light, 20 mpx sensor suitable for any situation, excellent stabilization, built-in flash, with many PRO functions that other brands do not even have on flagships

Cons: For its price category, none

Opinion: I state that I have all the M10s from the mk 1 to this mk IV. I also own, or have owned, almost everything Olympus, from the 3 mpx camedia to the various Tough to the M5 M1 and OM1, I know the brand deeply and I feel great about it, even if I own reflex and mirrorless bodies of almost all brands. But let's come to this fourth version of the M10. The first thing I would like to say is that it is aesthetically so beautiful that I decided to sell the PenF (now that the M10 also has a 20 mpx sensor ... I decided to take the step even with a bit of melancholy). I've been using it all week with its Pancake lens and I have to say that it's an absolutely perfect match. I put it to the test with difficult shots for an entry level M43 (total backlight with sun in the frame, or in very low light contexts) and the result has always convinced me. The lens has very small blue ghosts when the sun is inside the frame, but I find it normal. The files that this sensor produces are, for me, excellent and workable with LR. If you really want to give a denoise pass ok, but only when you really need it (like at 6400 iso). The machine is mainly aimed at those who want to go out lightly and carefree. EXCELLENT automatically for the beginner or the advanced user who knows what in optimal light conditions does not want to break the boxes with various corrections, especially with the 14 42 lens which on the M43 is not that allows who knows what vicissitudes. PDC is what it is, so.... However, I must say that in addition to the usual PASM Scene Art selectors, this M10 has a section called AP within which you can find Pro functions such as Focus Bracketing, Keystone correction, exposure bracketing, panorama, double HDR exposure, and the Olympus Live Time functions and the beautiful Live Comp Machine therefore very suitable for both beginners and advanced amateurs. It made me fall in love :)
