![]() | Canon RF 24-240mm f/4-6.3 IS USM Pros: For me everything. Cons: Plasticky appearance. Opinion: I've been using this lens on the Canon R6 mk2 for exactly one year and it's also the only one I have, so I can't make comparisons but it fully meets my needs as an amateur photographer. I bought it used from my trusted shopkeeper, in fact as new, with lens hood and still under warranty. It has an important focal range and I thought worse as a result, but definitely good. The weight is low. I inserted the correction in the machine and even at 24 mm the distortion is more than contained. The colors it returns are beautiful, I did not detect optical anomalies, used at night on a monopod with shooting at 25800 iso, magnificent. I use it a lot in the video field and it is smooth, excellent stabilization, speed of focus. I highly recommend it. sent on January 06, 2025 |
![]() | Fujifilm X-T4 Pros: construction, ergonomics, stabilization, film simulation, video, double menu, adjustment rings. Cons: uncertain autofocus Opinion: Before the X-T4 purchased used, I had Nikon D750 and Fuji X-T20. I have been using the X-T4 for about 4 months and I must say that it is a valid camera, the weight for me is important and the camera body and related XF optics facilitate the day compared to the Nikon. The X-T20 was for me a pleasant discovery that in fact retired the Nikon but was too small for my hands, that's the reason for the transition to X-T4. I admit that the difference with nikon's FF can be seen even if the jpegs of the X-T4 are very valid, at high Iso the noise comes earlier but I think it is normal, the autofocus does not have the responsiveness of a reflex and does not have the accuracy of maf. It is built very well, excellent materials. I get better photos with the 55-200, the 18-55 in my opinion went better with the X-T20. It is remarkable to be able to choose the film simulation that by adjusting color, chrome allows you to get a shot with the faithful colors. If you download the Fuji raw program you can use the X-T4 software directly on the PC and make the changes. Believe me that videos are EXCEPTIONAL. Unlike photographs, autofocus in video mode never loses the subject. I have a Canon camcorder and in its favor there is only the zoomed but otherwise the image quality of Fuji is higher. Anyway it is a good purchase. sent on January 08, 2022 |
![]() | Nikon AF 28-80mm f/3.5-5.6D Pros: Cost, weight, focal excursion, autofocus Cons: Nobody Opinion: Bought on Ebay at a ridiculous cost to have a lighter optics when I go out on my bike and backpack, I rarely use it but mounted on the D750 surprised me by the quality of the images it returns. Only at 28 mm is less efficient, however acceptable. I tried to make some shots comparing it to 24-120 N and the difference you notice, I would like to see, but it's just thin. I showed the shots to a friend who delights in taking pictures like me unpretentious as a professional and it didn't seem possible. A lens that given its lightness advice for excursions. sent on December 21, 2019 |
![]() | Olympus Zuiko Digital ED 50-200mm f/2.8-3.5 SWD Pros: Brightness, image quality, stabilization. Cons: Nobody Opinion: Purchased lens used with the Olympus E-1 and the 14-54, later used on E 620. When I decided to buy the Nikon D750 with the 24-120 in kit I decided to keep the aforementioned kit since the shopkeeper had made a ridiculous assessment to me to pick it up. Unfortunately it now lies almost unused but its characteristics of brightness, quality of professional image, optical construction and even excessive weight make it current even if it is now 8/9 years since its purchase, too bad that it can be used only on the 4/3 system. sent on November 12, 2019 |
