![]() | Nikon AF 20mm f/2.8 D Pros: Weight, footprint, distance scale, contrast and colors Cons: Not very sharp especially at the edges, ta vignetting and suffers a lot from flares Opinion: An optics that has accompanied me for more than a year now (I mainly do landscapes) difficult not to fall in love with it.. very beautiful colors and contrast not exaggerated.. it's small and you stick it comfortably in your pocket as well. With the distance scale it is a moment to work in hyperfocal and being a 20mm can allow you wide views with a "natural" view not too "extreme". On the other hand, it suffers a lot from flares even with original mounted lampshander (let's not forget that it is a wide angle and is also from '89). The overall sharpness is not the maximum (especially at the edges) better to close between f/5.6 and f/11, but for the project of the time and used now on digital, in my opinion, it can still give many satisfactions! sent on February 17, 2021 |
![]() | Apple iPhone 12 Pro Pros: New ProRAW format, ultra wide-angle night mode, versatility Cons: Lack of stabilization on the sensor, too much noise at 13mm Opinion: I have been an Apple customer for years and this is just another iPhone that confirms my confidence in this brand. By the 11th pro they had added an ultra wide angle that I hoped would be improved with the 12 pro. They slightly increased the aperture of the diaphragm and added the night mode even on the 13mm lens but still too much noise. The main camera (26 mm) is, in my opinion, the best qualitatively and manages to have an aperture up to f/1.6! Finally after years she decided to insert the RAW format (ProRAW) which is nothing but the best between JPG and RAW; but, when transferred to LR, it becomes a very malleable file in DNG. The OLED screen works well for editing (I use Lightroom) and the speed of the internal hardware always amazes with its responsiveness. But they could put the stabilized sensor as on the brother 12 pro max (cursed them). Basically a beautiful object but not yet up to my beloved D750. sent on January 24, 2021 |
![]() | Nikon AF-S 70-200mm f/4 G ED VR Pros: Lightness, sharpness already at f/4, hallucinatory stabilization! Cons: Don't have it! Opinion: I say that I am not a professional, but the passion is there and also a lot! I took this beast, in indecision with my big brother 2.8, to carry it often on my shoulder and backpack during my hiking in the mountains. what to say. Great! Scary sharpness to all focal points (especially from f/5.6 to f/11) lightness for transport and stabilization. Mom Nikon promises up to 5 stop (and maybe she's right) but I can guarantee you that at 200mm to 1/60 sec. it's almost free of micromox! In short, what I was looking for to travel light and quality, extra recommended!!! sent on June 17, 2020 |
