![]() | TTArtisan APS-C 35mm f/1.4 Pros: Dimensions/weight, construction, cost Cons: Nobody. Opinion: Surprising lens with negligible cost. Let's start with the price: it costs like an original battery. Very small size, smaller than fuji 23mm f / 2 but the mechanical construction is very good, feels good in the hand, very fluid fire ring and clicked diaphragm ring. The only aspect that could be improved, given the need for manual focusing, would be the stroke of the same, too short especially from 3m to infinity. Cmq with the peaking and the generous viewfinder of the xt I have no major problems to focus and even at full aperture, in portraits, I can have the precise focus on the eye. What satisfied me most is the optical yield as a whole, color rendering, sharpness, bokeh are very good even not considering the ridiculous price at which it is sold. If we then consider the cost, then the judgment can only be excellent. Taken for fun, I find myself using it very often and not just for "play". The minimum focusing distance is also good. A lens absolutely to own if you want to try your hand at manual focus. sent on August 08, 2023 |
