![]() | Yongnuo YN 50mm f/1.8 II Pros: Price, wide aperture, compact size, weight, bokeh, metal attachment. Cons: Autofocus with low light, chromatic aberrations, plasticose construction. Opinion: Great lens to experience a bit with this focal length and this aperture. The sharpness is discrete, the compact size and the irrelevant weight make it easy to carry around. The autofocus is discrete but in low light it becomes almost more convenient to shoot with manual focus. Many complain about the noise produced during the autofocus, but unless it snaps in absolute silence, at least for me, it never represented a problem. Certainly suffers from aberrations, flare and whatnot, but it is still a lens that for €80 is worth buying, mainly indicated to those who would like to learn to use and experiment with this focal length without engaging in a more important purchase. sent on January 08, 2019 |
![]() | Canon EF 70-200mm f/4.0 L USM Pros: Sharpness, construction, focus, price. Cons: Lack of stabilization and tropicalization, Lens hood. Opinion: This Canon 70-200 really surprised me. As a good lens L series has a really good sharpness and an autofocus that does not miss a shot. Fast and precise, it never fails. The construction is robust even if the absence of tropicalization does not make it suitable for certain situations. Advised the purchase of a tripod ring to compensate for the lack of stabilization, which however is not a real problem, depends on the needs of the photographer. The lens hood is really obscene, but it's my personal opinion. Recommend considering the really competitive price which makes it suitable a bit at all. sent on January 08, 2019 |
![]() | Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 EX DC OS HSM Pros: sharpness, brightness, bokeh, constant aperture, enclosed housing and lens hood, versatility, compact size, stabilizer, color rendition, price Cons: Chromatic aberration, slightly noisy and low-performance autofocus in low light conditions Opinion: Bought for just over a month, has already given me great satisfaction. The brightness is great, as well as the sharpness, and the aperture of the diaphragm remains constant even increasing the focal. The bokeh is very pleasant, and all at a really low price. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a single lens all-do that does not cost too much, or to those who decide to replace the kit lens, since the price is very competitive. In contrast there is the chromatic aberration that appears very often, but the problem is relative because with a simple click, with different programs, you can remove it. The autofocus is not the best but it defends well. At this price it is difficult to find better. sent on November 29, 2018 |
![]() | Canon 200D Pros: Ergonomics, adjustable display, very simple menu, battery life, excellent image quality, quality/price ratio to consider. Cons: Only 9 focus points, high noise at high ISO, autofocus not foolproof. Opinion: Bought a few months ago, in which it was used intensely. Very intuitive and easy to understand menu. Very light and comfortable to wear, perhaps a little too small for those who have important hands, but in this regard it is possible to equip it with a battery grip and the problem will fade. The adjustable display makes it suitable for a little more complicated shots, and the quality of the images in RAW is really exceptional. The battery seems endless, even after days of intense use. Cons There is a really very limited number of focus points, but being an entry level and still having other particularly good features, I would say you can stay there. It holds bad at high ISO, so I recommend to equip it with a bright lens to remedy the problem. Recommended for those who want to start taking pictures and looking for a camera not too expensive that still offers important results. sent on September 19, 2018 |
