![]() | Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 45mm f/1.8 Pros: Compact, bright, cost Cons: nothing Opinion: Lens bought in super offer new at about 99€ (polyphoto). It was one of my favorite lenses, used in everything, including landscape, portrait and even in the city. Paired with the em1 m2, it looked like a toy, the machine became "tiny". Optically it's fabulous, used in the contents I mentioned before, I didn't have any focusing problems. Very easy to manage. The real pro of this optic is the size, it fits easily anywhere, even with the lens hood, because when it is not in use, it can be mounted upside down on the barrel and can even be closed with its cap! For those who have a micro 4/3 system, this lens cannot be missing in your kit. A defect that can be found, if one wants to be just fussy is the coupling of the lens hood, the plastic seems too cheap (we are talking about cosmic nothingness eh!!). sent on June 10, 2024 |
![]() | Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-40mm f/2.8 PRO Pros: PRO construction, tropicalization, weight, fast switch ring for manual focusing, brightness Cons: nothing Opinion: It was my first lens to enter the m43 world and has almost always been mounted on the em1 ii. The build quality of olympus' pro lenses is unparalleled, built almost entirely of aluminum. For the focal length and aperture it has, it is really space-saving and also tropicalized. Mounted on a tropicalized body go everywhere. The optical quality is top. (I will not dwell on it, so much has already been said everything) For those who want to travel comfortably and have a single all-round lens, even for night photos, this is the perfect choice. sent on December 01, 2021 |
![]() | Genesis C5 Pros: Lightweight for the weights it can withstand, build quality, interchangeable feet, bag of excellent workmanship, height from the ground, independent legs, kit head, possibility of eliminating the central column Cons: at the moment none Opinion: Bought used, but practically new. I was looking for a light tripod and sturdy enough to take with me to the mountains (not really easy to put on the backpack). Overall the tripod has a feeling of solidity and is easily installed. The legs open and close with speed even when it is cold outside and gloves are used. The feet with which the tripod is supplied, are tips with rubber caps, removing them become like nails for soft soils, so you can literally plant them on the ground. The feet in question can be replaced with other feet for smooth surfaces, with the wide base that make a suer effect. Last positive thing, the possibility of detaching the central column and through an accessory provided in the package, you can install the camera directly on the base, thus saving a little weight (as the central column I never use it) The legs are completely independent both in length and width of angle, so as to adapt even to the most disparate terrains and places. For the ball head has nothing to say, well done for the use that I make of it. But comparing the weight to the tripod itself, the head weighs more than the tripod!!! sent on December 01, 2021 |
