![]() | Canon EF 70-200mm f/4.0 L USM Pros: Sharpness, weight, internal zoom, quality L-series materials, image quality, flawless and quick AF, price Cons: No tropicalization and stabiliser Opinion: I bought this lens in the new condition at a very advantageous price and this slow is proving me worth every single penny. Assuming that I had occasion to test the version with the stabilizer and the version F 2.8 stabilized. Following the field tests I decided to opt for this lens because weight is incredibly light, I almost never felt the need to detach it from the camera body because it is a real handyman. The lens comes inside to prevent the presence of dust between the lenses, while the focus is lightning-fast, but not completely silent. Although it is a lens that does not have the stabilizer I have not missed it, keeping an eye to the times, come photos with incredible quality and sharpness, without being stirred. As for the brightness I found very well immediately with this F4, which manages to get along very nicely even in situations that would see him in difficulty, facilitating the choice between the F 2.8 and F4. It lacks the tropicalization, but it does not take away the fact that it is a lens to carry everywhere (but that I would treat anyway with care even if it had tropicalization). A Canon 6d with this lens over will not weigh you as much as other lenses, especially if you wear it hooked to the shoulder for so long, as I do. Lens hood included, always useful to carry it behind. To be a lens still in production from 1999 (and if they produce it again, a reason will be...) worth every penny you'll spend, shows how much L-series are a guarantee of quality. sharpness, quality and efficiency well beyond expectations. ![]() | Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 USM Pros: Bokeh, very bright lens, colors, softness and price Cons: Lens hood Opinion: I bought this optics in the United States at an excellent price and I could not be more satisfied. The bokeh is superb, with the right angle are magnificent portraits (although you have to be careful, the lens does not have the hood included of which, however, I have not heard too much about the lack). Although many say that it is a against the minimum distance of focus, I find myself perfectly comfortable and is a lens that I'm liking indigo to manage. The colors are fantastic and maintains a softness of the image that I really like a lot. This lens has been on the market for years because it keeps returning incredible images. 10 and praise with low hands sent on September 04, 2018 |
![]() | Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 (1987 version) Pros: Sharpness, construction materials, lightness, size and price Cons: Nobody Opinion: This lens is part of my 1987 kit, absolutely zero problems, the autofocus is a bit slow and noisy, but since it was designed thirty years ago I would say that it does its job just fine. What to say has really left me speechless the quality of the photos taken with this lens so I did not think it was possible to get a lens for an analog camera, creates an absolutely fabulous vintage effect especially thanks to F1.8, I made other shots at f4 / 5.6 and the result was an incredible sharpness and uniformity that does not leave you at all to be desired, on the contrary. I'm starting to use a digital camera and I will certainly use this lens, proud of being its owner, excellent general performance and even straight from 1987 does not disappoint. sent on December 11, 2017 |
![]() | Canon EOS 650 (film camera) Pros: Versatile, solid, very very good autofocus for the time Cons: Nobody above all because it is from 1987 Opinion: I found myself very well with this camera, the shooting modes are selectable with the wheel placed near the shutter, very convenient in my opinion, the function modes are various, you can select via the ignition wheel if you enable or minus the focus sounds or select the "automatic" mode with the green frame. It did not disappoint me above all on the quality that can compete with the most modern cameras. There is a small door at the bottom below the viewfinder with buttons including the rewind of the roll (not always necessary, since once the roll is rewound by itself) timer to perform self-timer, battery check and AF function. Through a special button near the lens you can see the aperture of the diaphragm so as to immediately determine if the photo will be too dark or not simply looking in the viewfinder. The display (not backlit) placed next to the mode selection wheel%3B, allows you to view the necessary, but also in the viewfinder is shown the aperture and shutter speed, present on the display, but it can be useful when it is impossible to control directly in the viewfinder. Battery for several months, disposable lithium that I bought on Amazon. The autofocus although it was the very first years in which it appeared on the market, behaves more than good, my 650 in particular is 30 years old and has been stopped for I do not know how many, was among the many cameras of my grandfather and I decided to stop making them take dust, no problem, like new, incredible shots with a realism and a quality that from an analog of 1987 has nothing to envy to the most modern , very fun to use and made me love analog photography so much, like my first camera I do not ask for anything better and it has taught me so much, recommended.rn sent on December 11, 2017 |
