nikon_z7Nikon Z7

Pros: compactness, versatility, weight.

Cons: The current shortage of "Z-mount" lenses, single memory card slot

Opinion: I'm not a professional but I used Nikon from the far 1987 when I was given an F-801 for the age, at the time I used a F2 (beautiful) on loan to do weddings. After a short time with some compact digital (always Nikon) I rediscovered the "pleasure of the Mirror" with the D80 then the D90 then finally the full frame with the Df (beautiful), I had D750 and D850 (gorgeous, pity the clutter)... So I know a little bit! And this is uproily Nikon!!! The sensor of the D850 in a lighter and more compact body, with the 24-70 F/4 in kit The results are often incredible, if it does so with a f/4 who knows with the promised F/0.95!!! I look forward to the zoom 24-70mm but f/2.8 and the 70-200mm f/2.8. Lighter and smoother menus, buttons moved (compared to D750 and D850) but it is a moment to get used to it, exceptional viewfinder for check parameters, brightness and speed, no nostalgia of the optical one. The pseudo-battery problem is obvious in the most trivial of ways: a spare battery! (I always talk about non-professional uses, of course). True that the xqd are expensive but equally true that they are more reliable and fast. Probably to those who wont miss the second slot, either for a "mirroring" salvafiles or to maybe otherwise distribute JPG's from NEF or images from video. You will not miss the mirror and especially you will not miss the clutter of certain camera bodies. Maybe you will miss 3000 and pass euro...;-) I hope I have given advice, good at all! There are really great shots here!!!
