![]() | Canon 6D Mark II Pros: Autofocus, image quality and sensor (ISO, range, etc.), screen and controls Cons: In my opinion nothing Opinion: First approach with the full frame world, after decades of experience with various Canon APS-C models, including the 70D. Before buying the Canon 6D Mark II, in the light of the few criticisms that were attributed to it even before being put on sale, I tried to find most of the information and opinions, both positive and negative, to the point of convincing me and buy it online at the Galaxia store (4 year warranty in Italy). I did a few clicks, but I think I can share my opinion with you. Ergonomic and well-built, it reflects the 70D that I already had in appearance, also because of the touch screen and adjustable, very useful in certain circumstances. Tested with the new EF 24-105 4 L II from Canon, I first owned the old version; returns spectacular files, both day and night. I think that a good photographer, even before relying on the dynamic range of a particular car body, should be able to have an optimal shot at the time of the acquisition and not in post production. That said, I have analyzed somepost-production shots obviously are not, and we can not expect it to be the 5D Mark IV starlet, but if it does well in the recovery of shadows and / or various corrections, in exaggerated cases you will notice a bit of Magenta color noise, but in desperate cases. It maintains good high ISO, in terms of 18,000 ISO comparisons, corresponds to the 1,600 Canon 70D. At 24mm, I see what I was missing with APS-C, other music. Stunning colors, even with non-standard professional lenses. Shutter speed 1/4000, well if we take a 100 ISO shot, f 4 outside with daylight is okay, we swing from 1/2000 to 1/4000 without any problems, if we want to exploit a 50mm f 1.8, or however, a 2.8-in-2.8 lens in daylight, we realize that with optimum external light, 100ISO and maximum aperture can not. But it's a fact, not a lack of camera. AF efficient, fast and accurate. Even the new battery is not bad, of course we can still use the previous version. 4K for lovers of photography non is a lack, just an option I do not care much about. I could not use YONGNUO flashes in ETT-L, both the yn's 14 ex, and the yn 568 ex II for the auxiliary focusing radius, probably firmware incompatibility issues; in manual can be used. YONGNUO yn 622 c II radio triggers work with the firmware update. As my first review and ultimately, at present, I am fully satisfied; I just have to have fun and free the fantasy. sent on October 23, 2017 |
