Pros: Image quality, lightness, ergonomics

Cons: grip (easily solved with ECG-3), battery life

Opinion: My first serious camera. What to say? it was love right away. I was looking for something light to always carry with me and so it is. I wear it around my neck almost always and it's like not having it. I was skeptical enough for the m43 sensor which turned out to be a wonder! Never ever would I have expected such a high image quality. Combined with "Prime" lenses, it really gives its best by giving images of surprising quality. RAWs are easy to work with and JPGs have a neutrality of colors that I did not have with my old camera. A bit 'annoying the handle (I have big hands) but with the addition of the ECG-3 all is easily resolved. For the rest, ergonomics is fantastic. Every key is where you expect it. Maybe the menu is a bit 'complicated but the "small" M10 is really a den of technology (fantastic livecomposite function!) And allows really fine settings. After a while you get used to it and in any case there is the quick menu with which the basic settings are made in a moment. The battery life is poor (fairly well-known scenario in the mirrorless) so it is advisable to do low additional batteries (duracell offers a compatible battery that does not cost more than 15 euros). What else to add? A dream!

olympus_m45Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 45mm f/1.8

Pros: Sharpness, weight, price

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: Superb optics. With a low price (but really content!) You bring home a lens that knows how to make the most of their car, especially in portraiture. The definition and the detail are impressive and works well even in TA with a definition that reaches its peak at f2.8. The bokeh is beautiful, creamy enough, and returns excellent portraits up to the full body in which it begins to feel the crop factor of the system (2x). From the constructive point of view, if you accept the plastic as a material, nothing is missing. Each part gives back a good feeling to the touch and its lightness, together with its small size, makes it an optic to always have with it. A "must to have" that can not miss in your m43 kit.

olympus_m14-42ezOlympus M.Zuiko Digital 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 EZ

Pros: Compactness, weight, sharpness

Cons: Zoom a little 'lent

Opinion: A good Olympus lens, certainly not excellent (it's a kit lens) but that knows its stuff. Its size is practically nil (it is a pancake) combined with its lightness makes a machine like the OMD M10 practically a compact, which can be in a simple baby carrier. The sharpness is good (especially at 14 mm) and can give beautiful images especially outdoors. To be a kit lens is not bad, especially if you consider its size and weight. Personally, I use it widely in the mountains and everywhere I want a car so light that I forget it. I recommend buying, especially if in a kit.
