![]() | Sony E 55-210mm f/4.5-6.3 OSS Pros: Pro: I use the 55-210 for two years paired with Sony Nex-6 with full satisfaction, especially in the portrait and the maximum focal playing with selective focus, flowers (v. The attached photo). For what it costs, it's a good goal and total gives me a lot of satisfaction. Cons: Cons: Set to 55 mm focal length, while having a good resolution to the center, the edges decade but in normal use it on longer focal and the defect is not noticed. The brightness is not his forte and in low light conditions, the autofocus effort. ISO AUTO the problem is almost always the solution. Opinion: I'm an old amateur photographer since the early eighties (before Canon AT1, then AE1 Program, then Minolta 7000 all with various optics and accessories). I've always preferred genres of portrait and flowers with excursions into the landscape. Somewhere tired year (perhaps for age) of the weights and dimensions I have taken refuge in the mirrorless Sony home. It is a good product, ideal complement "travel" for those who have chosen the nex system (I have a nex6), aware of not having the top but quite demanding not to be content with such leading products and snaps. It's not flawless, but certainly the optical performance are overall good of the entire zoom range, making it extremely versatile. Ultimately, I am satisfied and recommend it to all lovers and-mount. sent on January 12, 2017 |
