![]() | Nikon AF 70-210mm f/4 Pros: Yield, blurry, lighter and more compact than older brother 2.8. Price. Cons: Primitive AF, if it loses the hook ingether of the fire begins to scramble back and forth. Opinion: Economic optics but spectacular yield. Gorgeous colors, blurred properly, I used it with the D700 for portraits, a wonder. AF discreet don't expect a missile :-) I recommend it for those who want a canvas handyman and not: its compactness is an advantage over the 2.8 monsters that weigh and cost much more... For the sporting genre look elsewhere. sent on December 02, 2019 |
![]() | Nikon AF 85mm f/1.8 D Pros: Gorgeous for portraits, soft blurry. The rendering of colors is delicate. Solid construction. Cons: Hard to find... Opinion: Gorgeous optics, use on aps-c and full frame for portraiture. Solid construction, precise, blurry soft, very pleasant "pastel" color yield. The weight is a bit felt but nothing worrying, it is still a fairly compact fixture. It should be present in any respectable kit. sent on November 07, 2019 |
