I do not understand why some really good, are not considered.
I think you've got a great eye of composition, because all the yellow really brings the background that is delightfully colorful.
a very good shot but I think you can improve re-dosing the post. (personal opinion of course;-))
yellow is nice but it is too shot, you should tone it down a little bit ...
and especially scurirei the shadows ....
As I was inseganto a great member of this forum ... what do you want to see in a picture? what is the focus?
in your details even in Obre tuti are visible and well distini and unequivocally my eyes after seeing the lights and the tops look ... in the middle of the valley ...

not quiet "need" because it makes it thata photo becomes distracting ...
ok having said all that I think if I lowered the brightness of the lights, close the shades and ... focus better look and the photo earns points !!!

Now you can insult me:-D:-D

(although I still claim to be a "photographer" of low to medium level that still has SO MUCH to learn and desire to do so):-)

Regarding this, let's say that I'm "working". I'm with the PP (I'm self-taught, for now) I try to get a result as close as possible to what they saw my eyes and I always try to avoid artifacts or PP exaggerated to the limit of reality.
Unfortunately, however, to monitor sees this with the "normal" colors,in the sense that I do not see neither saturated nor fired, rather, I see them soft pastel-like.
Pure shadows I see in the standard and if I close I would not see over the trees on the mountain to the right. And this is not a problem with the calibration of my pc (asus laptop) and of course the poor quality of the monitor. I said earlier that I'm working on because I'm looking around for a good monitor for photo editing (I even opened a thread about it), but as long as I will have no choice, I will continue to ruin my shots:-(:-(:-(

however, know that your comment really made me so much pleasure, and do not worry absolutely bumping somehow the sensitivity of any photographer just because you show him what's wrong with his shot. So, thank you, davtrue;-)

Ps I added you as a friend;-)

regarding the readability that goes to your taste if you like it ... he will see the shadows, laasciale open ... but always a thread ... why should not catch too much attention ....

Before I said that I'm working on because I'm looking around for a good monitor for photo editing (I even opened a thread about it), but as long as I will have no choice, I will continue to ruin my shots

same situation ... for now use a portable samsung ... and sometimes I take pictures in the office to see if they came "consistent" with my idea:-D:-D

, however, know that your comment really made me much moreAcere and absolutely do not worry about bumping in some way the sensitivity of any photographer just because you show him what's wrong with his shot. So thank you, really
but you know .... every Snout is nice to his mom !!! :-D:-D

thanks for the reply and look forward to more photos;-);-)

I think hanging left and also quite a bit, just look firs down there seem to fall, or the skyline of the mountains in the distance, or the mountain of left that just that impression.

I agree in part on post with Gianluca, is perhaps a little saturated yellow but shadows do not seem far too open, in fact, I see them still consistent with the patterns of light, but as usual if you look at the picture with monitors least decent one can not be here to discuss that much. (when you can and when you can take a probe to monitor and calibrate it and then you will realize alone).

the composition instead I do not like, in the sense that ok the first floor with natural quell'imbuto leading away, but the problem is where it leads?
the beautifulI think of this photo, your nose is the mountain in the foreground on the left otherwise there we go to the mountains to photograph? -D But you've virtually cut in two, leaving as the only point of arrival that little bit in the distance (nice for charity also because sunlit, but honestly a little bit.

for me you had to turn a little to the left and the reflex to make better use of the funnel lawn move quite a bit physically right, maybe keep the tip on the right and try to take in the entire top left

else the path just beneath you think that cuts horizontally the prato.forse I would have preferred not, was sufficient subside a little longer because I do not know how high you were with the tripod to cover it with the grass in the piano.dicor perhaps because it is not then being so annoying.

I hope to be as helpful

Hello Simone! I thank you now for the very useful comments!
I agree with all your observation: oversaturated colors, the part of the Marmolada "cut", the path that cuts etc.
I also add that I do not like the "light" that has arisen on the mountain on the left and the halo that is due to the superposition of the photo to the sky and to the ground. As I've also written elsewhere, just lately I'm trying to approcciarmi photography reasoned. This "old" shot had not come at this time and in fact, when I took the picture I said, "but I like it from here, click". It considers that the perspective line date from "funnel" of land me you did notice you, it was fortunate that l 'has entered -D: - |
All this is not to find excuses, indeed! It 'just to explain why this shot is out so, unfortunately.

As for the monitor, I bought a dell (this shot was post-produced by portable), in theory I should just calibrate it. As for colors, the post is unfortunately my great Achilles heel, I'm trying to improve, always. As for the composition, the next time we go back (because I will be back), I promise that I will follow your advice giustissimi!
Thanks again for your contribution ;-)
