Raro incontro con gli elefanti del Damarland dopo 4 ore di ricerca fuori strada. Sono leggermente diversi dagli elefanti " comuni " , hanno piedi molto più larghi per camminare nella sabbia, sono liberi nel Damarland che è una regione a ovest della Namibia e non è facile trovarli in quanto vagano continuamente. La nostra fortuna è stata aver incontrato una guida Damara molto esperta che seguendo le tracce dopo 4 ore ne abbiamo trovato un branco 13 con cui siamo rimasti un'ora. Uno spettacolo unico.
