Crossing - the first courageous sent on August 27, 2014 (7:24) by Marco Valentini. 22 comments, 1659 views.

at 100mm, 1/1600 f/6.3, ISO 640, hand held. Masai Mara, Kenya. Specie: Connochaetes taurinus

One of the most beautiful sights in nature, after 1,500 KM away from the Serengeti, you get to the coveted plains of the Mara. It is to cross the river though. Judging from the beach and the water was not to be in the middle, maybe a few rains.
Majestic scene excellently shot, I can only imagine what the result of this crossing which is just beginning. We will see some beautiful, great photos and document.

Beautiful shot of crossing. Expresses well the instinct that supports the wildebeest during the great migration, instinct so strong that it pushes them down from such cliffs, with the intention of crossing the Mara full of pitfalls and reach the other side. Hello.
