hello, laurel in effetti i canederli o knodel che si mangiano In Trentino hanno un altro sapore rispetto a quelli preparati per gli uccellini (provare per credere ) . ricetta x 4 persone: 300gr. pane raffermo, 1 cucchiaio di farina , 2 di erba cipollina, 3 uova, burro, sale , 1 bicchiere di latte e 300 grammi di formaggio
