1) questa foto va vista per quello che è o, per lo meno, quel che vorrebbe essere: uno scatto di "street" (atipico, perché in interni), ma parte di un discorso più ampio, cioè di reportage di viaggio... faccio mea culpa ad averlo postato come prima foto della galleria, solitaria ancora solo per un po', ma scegliendola come scatto inaugurale della gallery quasi provocatoriamente, perché ero sicuro che avrebbe destato dei debbi (è un mio vizio questo: quando apro una nuova galleria inizio sempre con le foto meno "ad effetto", per capire le reazioni)
2) cosa mi ha spinto a scattare: la composizione, come tu l'hai saputa leggere molto bene. la foto ha due quinte laterali simili, che sono l'uomo nel quadro a sinistra e la visitatrice che sfugge dietro l'angolo a destra, al cui interno c'è un frame in cui si riconoscono un rettangolo più o meno aureo, nella cui porzione quadrata si colloca il soggetto principale, che non è (solo) la coppia di appassionati d'arte, bensì il quadro di Warhol (che io adoro!) , e dentro il quale semmai ho provato ad inserire i due soggetti in primo piano; e qui mi è andata bene nella gestione del diaframma, che sfoca appena per staccare i piani ma lascia lo sfondo leggibile (ero stanco dal viaggio ed avevo dimenticato la macchina a 200iso, e non potevo che aprire tutto trovandomi in interni), un po' meno bene nell'inquadratura nel senso che avrei preferito di sostituire i volti di Liz Taylor un po' più accuratamente.. ma questo è stato uno scatto veramente "don't think, just shoot", mentre camminavo verso l'uscita del museo ho scorto la scena, mi sono messo su un ginocchio ed ho sparato: nessun crop successivo, zacchete

Se invece il progetto è semplicemente e solo un "reportage di viaggio" il fatto che tu ne metta una o dieci assieme nulla cambia. Tanto più che se intendi postare foto con detto fine, ad esempio, avresti dovuto inserirle nella giusta categoria "reportage di viaggio" e non street.
Questa foto, detto sinceramente, di reportage di viaggio non ha nulla: potrebbe essere stata scattata ovunque tanto più che non hai nemmeno inserito in didascalia la location.

Andrò contro corrente, ma personalmente questo scatto mi piace proprio per la sua composizione. I piani creati fungono come pareti di un bigliardo in cui lo sguardo può rimbalzare e entrare in 'buca' nei diversi lati. La figura a colori a sx in contrapposizione alla signora che quasi scompare dietro l'angolo di dx per me compone una linea guida in cui come detto le sguardo rimbalza alle figure in primo piano per entrare in 'buca' nel opera in cui è raffigurata Liz Taylor, ma potrebbe anche essere dalle figure dei ragazzi alla signora che scompare dietro l'angolo..., ma potrebbe essere....
Personalmente trovo che l'ingresso a questo scatto sia molteplice e ciò mi affascina perché trovo che siano rari gli scatti in cui da qualsiasi parte si entri nell'immagine il racconto prende forma. Inserito in una galleria o in 'assolo' per me resta una immagine ben pensata e realizzata.
