really great sky:-D ..
sin only because of the excessive color change to red, perhaps by changing WB and selective colors can be improved

the photo is potentially really good, I also like the inclusion of the branch :-) I agree for the color change and I would try to shave even in a bit noise ... but its infinitesimal stuff ;-)

for the rest I understand perfectly, I remember the first night in 2011 in Yosemite Park (after 19.00 where it is dark and turn off everything for miles around) ... a milky way by a heart attack, you could see the galactic center to the naked eye wow ! wow!

Thanks for the comments, recommendations and steps ..
I'm still a rookie and especially because I'm a little color blind (:-() some things escape me. The next will be better ;-)

Rightly, as the friends have recommended, the color red is the predominant, I I played a bit with your photo especially lowering bad color change of red, yellow and lowering slightly increasing the purple to give body to the nebulae that in your but there are photos that are buried in the dominant red color .... the result is that no longer seems the same photo also stand out because of the gas obscure the Milky Way. What little noise that I see for me there may also be, you hardly notice it and does not bother in the context of the photo. Beautiful f/1.4 lens you used and you did a good job with only 10 "exposure at ISO 1600. Pp. I would recommend you to redo and repost this without deleting the picture, just to make comparison between the one and the 'other. Bravo, as early experiences are ahead, despite the daltonicità! Greetings, Beppe ;-)

Besides the dominant magenta perhaps even the stars are a little too much contrast but this beautiful Milky Way

A nice photo of the Milky Way, congratulations wow! !!
The version of Beppe is more pleasing from the point of view of color ... I see, however, especially at the edges of the gradients: light pollution?
Greetings and see you soon,
David

In the lower part is because the film was shot at about 2km from one of the largest cities in the Australian desert. the rest is due to a less accurate reduction of vignetting ..
