Per Lorenzo Shoubridge, hai perfettamente ragione, prima di affrontare questa avventura mi sono fatto prestare da un mio amico appassionato di entomologia dei suoi insetti morti, ma vi assicuro che la differenza si vede a distanza di un chilometro.
Per quanto riguarda la non perfetta messa a fuoco, come specificava Maxspin73, e di questo lo ringrazio, è una scelta voluta, fotografare a 3/4 il soggetto avendo punti estremamente fuori fuoco, dal mio punto di vista da tridimensionalità al soggetto. Nei miei scatti metto sempre il punto di messa a fuoco negli occhi, punto da cui si espande la sfocatura.
Mi scuso con tutti coloro che mi chiedono sempre che tecnica utilizzo, ma dopo qualche anno di prove e tanti tentativi, finalmente adesso sto riuscendo ad ottenere dei decenti risultati e quindi voglio ancora per un po' tenermi per me la tecnica utilizzata.
Quello che vi posso accennare è che ci vuole tanta pasienza, osservazione del comportamento e delle abitudini degli insetti in genere, in certe condizioni quasi tutti si comportano allo stesso modo, l'aiuto di un assistente, per la maggior parte delle foto è mia figlia di 3 anni che con lo scatto flessibile scatta al mio "ora" e lei preme il pulsante con gli occhi lucidi dall'emozione, e subito urla, papà papà è venuta bene??.
Tutto questo perchè le mie mani non sono sulla macchina fotografica, ma sono intente a fare "altro" ed evitare che l'insetto voli, nel caso delle libellule, o corra via nel caso di altri insetti. Per fare "altro" non intendo bloccare o afferrare gli insetti con le mani, potrei danneggiarli e ferirli, è prorpio in questo "altro" che sta la chiave di tutto.
