1/400 f/5.0, ISO 400,

Canon Eos 30d + 100/400

Memy Hello, nice but a tad too contrasty (for my taste)

Beautiful though I opted for a vertical cut

In fact I have a p 'exaggerated with the sharpen to try to remedy the smoothness of the initial file.

Seeing the scene in his compressed the vertical cut did not make sense even if a cut like this can not be considered the greatest.

In a month and a half, fingers crossed, I would like to refer back .......

Quoto Emiliano: I would have chosen a vertical cut, would give more impact. In any case remains a beautiful shot.

Thanks Alain and Maugall,
I repeat that it is a vertical cut on the spot there was just better or there would have been but with a longer focal length, if I potutto tighten on the subject for me was clearly the best choice, but with my would include too many elements of disorder or however uninteresting.

Hello, it will be even a little charge, such as color, but just the idea of ??being there and have seen and photographed this splendor, is overshadowing all the technicalities, scary eyes .... pure envy ..

Hello Roby, Piebo and Maximusbg,
I am well aware of the technical limitations of the picture and if the 'goal had not been broken, would surely have been very different (since then I' ve used the most and not the 'I did not even repair), but I wanted to post it in spite of everything if only for the beauty of Batcha Two (in 2000 I had photographed the father).

What a sight, I am also for a vertical cut that provably made her stand out more but it's still fantastic. Hello Marco

For me the technical details disappear in comparison to that look!
I understand that in a photography forums are important but they are kidnapped by those eyes, and everything else 'in the background, of course imho :-)
Congratulations with a little 'of envy for being able to photograph an animal so nice!
All the best, Federico :-)

Thanks Marco and Federico:-P:-P

Unfortunately it was a great meeting marred by the death of the old 100/400 that has left me at that moment!
I had changed but they are all blurry shot ...... :-( :-( :-(
