Female Mallards "simulation" sent on July 03, 2013 (16:14) by Bal. 52 comments, 3396 views.

, 1/1000 f/5.6, ISO 100, hand held. Specie: Charadrius alexandrinus

Excuse me the image does not convince me for these reasons:

- high point of recovery with consequent crushing of the subject
- insufficient sharpness
-maf uncertain
Tips:
- optical update
-use only one point of af and ai-servo and point on the head
- do not close around f8
The story is beautiful.
hello and good life, laurel

All suggestions are welcome, cmq I had already selected a single ground point, centering it on the head.
Maybe Croppo too ...

You picked a fine time ... try to use a resume point lower and close the aperture around f8 (images will be more detailed).

Beautiful story, finally got one with a happy ending.
I agree with Spanu, follow the advice and everything slowly becomes automatic.
For the large crop unfortunately there is little to do, sooner or later you have to change optics.
Anyway, for me the photo is more than decent indeed a wonderful document.
Best wishes Ropbertino
