Questo splendido soggetto e' stata una bella sfida...un giorno mentre aspettavo il Picchio Nero,vidi volare questo bestione cn un bell favo di vespe,fu una scena ke nn dimentichero' mai,era maestoso,leggero,fiero...insomma un miracolo della Natura! Da quel momento decisi di provare a fotografarlo...Ci furono varie immagini,al volo,in partenza da terra,eccc,ma nn quella ke volevo io! Dopo l'intera estate,verso fine Agosto,pensai ke ormai le mie occasioni erano finite,il tempo della migrazione era vicino quando poi,una sera cn il cielo limpido,il sole stava tramontando e tutto era infuocato d'arancio...appena prima di uscire dal capanno,eccolo arrivare! aveva ancora le Vespe ke lo seguivano,fu' incredibile,si mise su un ramo poco distante e mi permise solo un paio di scatti...un paio,ma ke ancora porto nel CUORE! www.davidebasso.com
