Il Borgo di Canzano è situato tra le valli dei fiumi Vomano e Tordino, le sue origini risalgono all'età del ferro. Nel Medioevo il paese fu un centro fortificato di notevole importanza. Un piatto tipico del territorio è il tacchino alla canzanese, viene servito freddo insieme alla gelatina ottenuta facendo riposare e raffreddando il brodo di cottura dello stesso. Alle sue spalle il Gran Sasso d'Italia.
