, 1/200 f/16.0, ISO 100, tripod.

Altro tentativo di focus stack realizzato con 40 scatti, 50ino @ f/1.8 invertito su tamron 70-300mm @ 300mm_f/16. Rapporto di riproduzione circa 5:1. Purtroppo con l'allineamento e fusione automatica di Ps CS6 non ottengo ottimi risultati.. alternative?

Very interesting. I understand that in fact this technique is not easy, but ...
Anyway congratulations.

Thank you very much Dino :-) It takes a little 'patience and practice and a good software to combine the shots, here I used PS CS6 but is not suitable and creates several artifacts for the next stack will use Zerene Stacker much faster and precise. Unlike the first stack (the photo with green background forever in this gallery) in this I used the "Focus Stacking" Magic Lantern, which automates the maf with every shot, just set the two ends of the stack (the part closest and the farthest that you want to include the area in focus) and choose the number of shots to be done for a 50in shots it takes about 5 minutes charging time allowing flash :-)

Thanks for the precise explanation. I am facing one side and start to try and try again, if you ever find the courage to leave.
Again congratulations.
