Ultima giornata utile per fotografare i rododendri che sarebbero sfioriti l'indomani. La loro fioritura è spesso una incognita così come la loro durata che comunque è breve in termini fotografici. Come se non bastasse al passo Giau il meteo è sempre una variabile imprevedibile ed è facile ritrovarsi immersi nella nebbia e con cieli coperti che non fanno filtrare il sole. Ma finalmente dopo diversi tentativi sono riuscito a trovare le condizioni ideali che cercavo, un attimo prima che il sole scendesse dietro le montagne ho scattato questa foto con il mio nuovo obiettivo grandangolare impostato a f22, proprio per enfatizzare la stella.
