Appena arrivato, ho immediatamente preparato il mio accampamento di emergenza cercando una posizione quasi perfetta per evitare di cadere dalla cima. Con l'aiuto della luna, ho allestito il mio punto di scatto notturno nel modo più comodo possibile, seduto sulla poltrona costruita con i sassi, quasi come un trono che domina la valle. Più si avvicinava il momento di scattare, più mi rendevo conto della nitidezza del cielo, emozionandomi per questa fase di scatto. La base è stata realizzata quasi alla fine della fase blu, con l'aiuto della luna che ha dato dettaglio a tutto. Per il cielo, ho combinato due scatti per eliminare il poco rumore presente. Una post-produzione delicata, poiché il cielo era già un dettaglio di per sé, con i suoi colori di stelle e galassie.
