Lago delle Baste. Un'uscita di Foto Running in tutte le sue forme che ci ha visti impegnati sia per la salita che per lo scatto. Qui abbiamo incenerito il tempo di salita da 1ora e mezza a dei semplici 30 min con dei momenti di stop per far passare gli atleti e per prendere fiato visto che non mi alleno. Ho deciso di prendere lo zaino pesante e non quello da corsa per praticità e per aggiungere ulteriore peso visto che lo trovavo troppo sotto i 10 kg. La fase di scatto come si vede è su una zolla acquosa instabile dove si deve rimanere immobili in tutta la fase di scatto il minimo spostamento di carico porta alle vibrazioni. Per la fase di rientro fu meno prestante proprio per la quantità di atleti che arrivavano su causando fermate o spostamenti di salti fuori sentiero, ma tutto quello spettacolo misto foto e avventura resterà sempre come un bel ricordo.
