This scene was filmed by pure chance and I shot as I could, also because I could not get too close as it is an open field without any shelter or shed. More than the technique in my opinion these shots are important for an ethological and behavioral question, and for the fact that one of the males in question is not a pure "colchicus" but certainly a cross of several races that then gave as a result a pheasant very similar to versicolor. Avevo fatto tappa al Parco per fotografare le libellule e con quell'ottica mi sono sempre trovata bene. Questa scena è stata ripresa per pura casualità e ho scattato come ho potuto, anche perché non potevo avvicinarmi più di tanto trattandosi di un campo aperto senza alcun riparo o capanno. Più che la tecnica secondo me questi scatti sono importanti per una questione etologica, comportamentale, e per il fatto che uno dei maschi in questione non sia un "colchicus" puro ma sicuramente un incrocio di più razze che hanno dato poi come risultato un fagiano molto simile al versicolor. Detto ciò grazie ancora per le osservazioni, ad averla un'ottica più performante!
