Woburn, MA #Wild #Fly Come ho scritto rispondendo ad un commento, in Massachuestts questo tipo di Poiana e' piuttosto comune ma raramente si riesce a fotografarla in volo e da distanza ravvicinata. Questo bellissimo giovane di Red-tailed aveva visto qualcosa di interessante nei cespugli e, per la gioia mia e del mio amico, ha continuato per una decina di minuti a fare piccoli voli da un albero all'altro, dandoci nemerose opportunita' per scatti ravvicinati. E pensare che ce ne stavamo andando via dalla Pond dove mi reco spesso a fare fotografie di avifauna. Ci tengo a chiarire che i miei scatti sono sempre Wild a meno che non siano foto fatte nel mio giardino. So di essere molto fortunato ad avere accesso ad una quantita' di wildlife cosi' numerosa non lontano da casa.
