, 1/15 f/10.0, ISO 400, tripod. Riserva Bosco di Santo Pietro, Italy. Specie: Anthocharis cardamines

Sono quasi certo che si tratti di una femmina di Anthocharis cardamines....la giornata non era il massimo, molto coperta e ventosa...ho cestinato molti scatti per colpa del vento! Questo è quello più stretto sul soggetto che è riuscito meglio. A voi i commenti!

one of the subjects at all, for as I see it, the more 'difficult to portray. I think here the day very well covered helped you to spread the light. the recovery is really good. hats off. I tried today but partly rejected me:-D. compliments. hello flavio

Sharpness and management of white at the top.
I find the butterfly slightly forced but it 's a very personal point of view ;-)

Compliments. Beautiful image.

Massimo.

Subject fantastic. the image is very nice although personally I would have tried a perch easier to enhance even more the butterfly.
Regardless of my preferences, however, it is a shot that I really like!
bravo!
Roberto.

Thanks for your comments ... shooting is part of a small series made the butterfly at different distances. In fact I have other shots less close. I was moving around in search of wild orchids, and not in the morning, but in the late afternoon on the way home in the car ... the little one for sure was resting on that orchid to spend the night and I had a stroke of luck to find it. Unfortunately gave me about 10-12 minutes to do some shooting in a gust of wind and the other .... In the end he decided to change the air and flew away in the woods, I'll be too intrusive for his tastes! :-D:-D:-D

:-| Thank you very much! Really too kind! For now, place a little because I'm dedicating all my little free time in search of wild orchids and little insects .... the season is almost at the end then give me to do! Just start the heat seriously I start to develop the avalanche of raw let in HD:-D!

Bello. The only drawback to stem that comes out from behind, but seen as the 'I'd say you found it and portrayed the miracles you've done!
