Non capita a tutti e non capita tutti i giorni di avere l'eruzione di un vulcano a due passi da casa, o meglio nell'isola in cui vivi da 23 anni. Uno spettacolo unico e probabilmente irripetibile. La cosa più impressionante del vulcano Tajogaite di Cumbre Vieja a La Palma, non è stato tanto quello che appare nelle foto, seppur spettacolari. No, la cosa più impressionante per me è stato essere li' a poco più di due chilometri di distanza (un'inezia per un vulcano) e sentirlo ruggire. Persino un sordo lo avrebbe potuto sentire, trattandosi di una vibrazione a bassa frequenza che proviene dal profondo della Terra e che ti fa vibrare tutto il corpo. L'impressione era di sentirlo ruggire con lo stomaco. Un'esperienza assolutamente unica!
