Scattare dal finestrino di un Cessna esposto ai forti venti si è rivelato molto più arduo del previsto, nonostante la stabilizzazione fosse attiva e io cercassi in tutti i modi di mantenere la fotocamera e me stesso il più fermi possibile. Infatti e purtroppo molti scatti sono risultati mossi e quindi inutilizzabili. Con me avevo solamente il 35mm e come su consiglio del pilota, per non perdere tempo a cambiare ottiche e mancare potenziali scatti, ho lasciato a terra il 70-200mm (per il 20mm invece non ho neanche chiesto ed è rimasto direttamente in macchina). In effetti, il 35mm tra le ottiche a mia disposizione era quello che meglio si adattava a una situazione del genere, però in generale penso che un 24-70 o ancora meglio un 24-105/120 sia perfetto. Ad ogni modo, nonostante le difficoltà di scatto o forse proprio per queste e per tutta l'esperienza in generale, questa è la fotografia del viaggio a cui mi sento più legato ed emotivamente coinvolto.
