La testata della val Salarno, nel gruppo dell'Adamello, poco prima di arrivare al rifugio Prudenzini (a metà nella foto). All'estremità sinistra si vede il corno Miller (3300 ca) seguito da una lunga cresta tutta oltre i 3000 m. Oltre tale cresta si trova il mitico ghiacciaio di Pian di neve. L'escursione si può compiere in giornata, a patto di reggere 1700 m di dislivello in buona parte su terreno morenico; lo spettacolo però in cima è garantito (si trova inoltre il famoso bivacco Giannantonj). In caso armarsi di santa pazienza per la discesa, a dir poco infinita.
