1/60 f/8.0, ISO 250, hand held.

La preparazione di questo dolcino è molto semplice: un sottile disco di pan di Spagna (va bene anche la ciambella se è molto morbida) va posto sopra un piatto piano e poi lo si cosparge con un sottile strato di marmellata di arancia dolce (va bene anche quella confezionata con altri frutti se è più gradita) e sopra si mette un'altro disco di pan di Spagna. Quindi si ricopre con panna montata (va bene anche quella spray) ed infine si aggiungono le fragole tagliare a metà. Centralmente sono poi stati aggiunti alcuni frutti di bosco. In base alla stagione ed ai propri gusti la frutta può essere cambiata ma il risultato sarà sempre un gustoso successo gradito a grandi e piccini. Per una preparazione più leggera si possono escludere la marmellata ed il secondo strato di pan di Spagna mettendo direttamente la panna sul primo strato per poi guarnire con la frutta. Se la temperatura stagionale non è adeguata conviene conservare il dolcino in frigorifero e toglierlo poco tempo prima di essere servito... per poi servirlo tagliato a spicchi.
