Di questa vettura furono costruiti solo 2 esemplari di cui uno è visibile in questa fotografia… che fu scattata sotto la pioggia. La carrozzeria fu disegnata dal designer Francesco “Franco” Scaglione e realizzata dalla Carrozzeria Bertone di Torino: la vettura è designata come Spider ma in realtà è una Barchetta non avendo nessun tipo di capote a protezione dell'equipaggio in caso di maltempo. Il motore era un 4 cilindri in linea di 1997 cm3 erogante 140 cavalli di potenza che permettevano di raggiungere una velocità massima di 220 chilometri orari.
