M33, Galaxy in Triangle sent on October 05, 2020 (8:27) by Marzio Bambini. 24 comments, 1198 views.

14/9/2020 Poggio Rusco (MN), 16 mt, t=15°c, sqm=19.35, Takahashi FSQ106 @ F/5, Asi294mc-pro, Avalon Linear. Integration: 64x300s Total Integration: 5h "e sblisga". Test della camera Asi294mc-pro, per i miei gusti un po' troppo affetta da amp-glow. La distanza di M33 è stimata in circa 3 milioni di anni luce, è la seconda galassia a noi più vicina dopo M31 la Galassia in Andromeda.

Beautiful Marzio, but too cyan and no H, you know that M33 hydrogen pulula.... add that channel that the image smashes! :-)

Nice shot Marzio! You have highlighted well the spirals of the arms and the color of the stars, a subject not at all easy ;-)

True Gp70 ... but I don't touch this :-D
... I only did a few tests at asi294mc ... I'll be back as soon as I have the full setup ... very soon ;-)
Thanks Leonardo ... consider that it is resumed with sqm 19.35, I know astronomers who if they do not have at least sqm 21.00 do not even start to snap ... I'm waiting in days the asi2600mc-pro and with that I intend to make the real recovery ... maybe from the mountain
Thank both for the passage and the advice :-)

@Marzio: I know astronomers who if they don't have at least 9pm they don't even start shooting ...
E I have the observatory with SQM 20.4 (poor) I do?... Do I use it as a holiday home? :-D

Good but, in my opinion, improveable, the 294 has a lot of potential, look at what has 'gifted' to me in just 48m from the Lip (see on my gallery). My 294 is not cooled, despite this the ampglow is insignificant, I did only 6 dark, no flat ne bias....
