La Ferrari 599 fu costruita dal 2007 al 2012 nelle versioni: GTB Fiorano e GTB Fiorano HGTE mentre... dal 2010... anche nelle versioni 599 GTO (questa nella fotografia) ed SA Aperta (72 esemplari). Erano tutte dotate di un motore di 5999 cm3 con 12 cilindri a V di 65° posizionato anteriormente e centralmente avente però diversi gradi di allestimento e quindi di potenza in base al modello ospitante. Il motore della 599 GTO erogante 670 cavalli... le faceva raggiungere i 335 chilometri orari di velocità massima. Vennero poi costruiti alcuni prototipi in esemplare unico: la 599XX, la 599XX EVO, la 599 HY-KERS e la più performante in assoluto: la 599 Drifting il cui motore dotato di 2 turbo compessori erogava 900 cavalli. In totale di Ferrari 599... considerando le varie versioni... ne dovrebbero essere state costruite 599 esemplari.
