La scorsa settimana ho passato tre notti in tenda in alta Valle Varaita, sui confini con la Francia.?E' un'area che non ho mai esplorato molto ma che mi ha regalato delle viste incredibili oltre ad albe, tramonti, cieli stellati e le ultime luci della cometa Neowise: ve la farò vedere prossimamente in un'altra foto. Ultimamente sto davvero amando passare le notti in tenda in alta montagna (qui ero a 2950 metri). Essere soli con se stessi in dei luoghi così selvaggi e senza connessione internet ti da tempo e modo di pensare a tante cose. Purtroppo quest'estate ho un ginocchio che mi da un pò di problemi in discesa (e lo zaino da 20kg non aiuta) quindi sono costretto ad andare molto lento e a fare uscite senza troppo dislivello. Devo comunque ammettere che anche questa modalità di trekking non mi dispiace, si ha più tempo per godersi quello che c'è intorno. In questa foto potete vedere gli ultimi due paesi della Val Varaita: Chianale e Pontechianale col suo lago artificiale. La montagna che svetta è il Monviso, incoronato da una nube lenticolare all'alba. Era da anni che non vedevo dei colori così al sorgere del sole, è stato davvero emozionante.
