at 105mm, 1/500 f/10.0, ISO 640,

I can't help you with the choice. I'm Mirrorless...
But I don't see it as unclear though

Good morning Annamaria, thanks for your comment, it's always a pleasure to see you again. Have you ever been able to get what you set out to do? Here, this is one of those times. Looking back here, it's a little different, for the better, from the one I saw on the computer screen, though....
A warm greeting,Alessandro.

Hello Sandro.Actually, as I wrote to Annamaria, magazine here is not bad,and the disappointment has a little mitigated. Or I'm old, I have disparities of views between the various steps. Do you think it lends itself to a B/N toning?
A warm greeting.
Alexander.

Look, I think you're "gabbated" by the light, which is next to it and illuminates with the same intensity both the plant and the rock wall, so there is a bit of overlap and therefore confusion.
Maybe with a less "shot" light on that slope the plant would have been better... (hypothetical)...
As for Black and White, for me it is an a priori choice whether to use one or the other... in this case I don't think I'm lending

Actually the light was very lateral. I also tried with PSP Lights/Shadows, but while balancing them, it brought me income on the already not excellent sharpness. Come on, that's great. Thank you for the advice.

Hello Arrigo, thanks for the comment and the visit. Indeed, light played a role. I'll try again. Now I'm preparing another one.
A greeting, Alexander.

hello Alessandro , the sharpness is not bad at all
most likely you should darken the background
or take two photos, one for the background and one for the flower and then overlap them ( with tripods)
but are chosen, you have to try
good day

Hello Claudio, always nice to see you again. I missed the moment, even though it seemed the right one, this afternoon, at about 6 pm, the background was uniformly lit,but I could not shoot, because a light breeze would lead me to move. Yes, Claudio, you can see I'm rusty, I make trivial mistakes. We'll see to improve by shooting a lot more.
A warm greeting,Milly included,of course-
Alessandro

For sure it is a fat plant, i honestly do not know what family it is, but it should be a "Sedum rubrotinctum"
beautiful image anyway

Hello,Giunman, thank you for your comment. Look, I don't know about succulents, but it felt like one of them to me, too. My neighbor, she's got a lot of them, different species, and it's likely that by wind, or other diffusion vehicle, bees, wasps, she's got this far. What surprises me is where she grew up, practically on the concrete of this wall.
A greeting, Alexander.
PS-I looked online, and the one that you tell is the plant that in several pots has been very close for several months to the wall.

Raymond, thank you for everything. I'm thinking about how I can protect you from the bites of the winter frost. Fortunately, it's still a long way off. I'm going to find a system.
A super salute,Alessandro.

Hello Mauro, thanks for your very welcome comment. There's still, always there, clinging to the concrete wall. He's gone through the summer without fear, but now? What do I have to do later? Cover? Leave it like this? Boh, we'll see.
A warm greeting,Alessandro.
