I like Marco a lot. I do not know if it gives me sadness (as per title) but it is a magnetic photo. The eye (and by extension the eyes as you say :-D) are really very expressive and the light with that game of clear/dark has helped a lot to focus attention Right on the iris. At a later time you also look around and you realize of some wrinkles that makes the whole thing even more intriguing.
