Utilizzo il famoso riduttore Astro Phisics AP67CCD con il quale si può raggiungere un rapporto di riduzione anche molto forte. Io ho scelto quel compromesso che mi soddisfa come focale d'uso e campionamento.
La scelta della CCd è tutt'altro che semplice e trovare quella più adatta è sicuramente possibile basta avere un portafogli piuttosto fornito.
Il mio CCd monta il collaudato e diffusissimo KAI4022 che ho rivalutato molto e devo dire che si comporta molto bene.
Spesso l'ho utilizzata in bin2x2, ma a scapito di un pò di risoluzione.
I micron da 7,4 non sono troppo piccoli e attualmente sono quanto di meglio si possa trovare.....considerando la diffusione di camere CCD con pix sempre più piccoli e inadatti all'uso di focali lunghe.
Vedo però molti appassionati che utilizzano camere con sensore tipo il KAF8300 che ha pixel 4,5micron ma applicano funambolici algoritmi di elaborazione per recuperare ciò che perdono con il campionamento.
Il giusto stà nel mezzo e a me và molto bene così almeno fino a quando i prezzi non scenderanno a livelli più terrestri....ma quì si che la vedo dura!
