Beware of the Wolf sent on September 11, 2018 (10:13) by Memy. 22 comments, 974 views.

at 140mm, 1/3200 f/3.5, ISO 400,

Memy, who is exaggerating may also be, however, the number of wolves present between Trentino and Veneto has risen really much in the last 2/3 years and unfortunately are combining a lot of trouble not so much to wildlife, but to domestic with Consequent anger on the part of shepherds and Malgari.
last week the latest attack by Wolves to made three manzes killed and four abortions of pregnant cows in fright.

Beautiful shot. Use of the light very nice, especially the "silhouette" of the wolf in light.
Maybe in post-production I would try to give a little more prominence in the red light in the upper left corner, but it is a personal opinion.
Congratulations.

Nice picture, but the story is sad.
to get some tranquility, the human being will have to eradicate all diseases and kill all the animals to get to the point where it will be the only living being on earth, since the earth has not already been compromised enough.

Andrea R. If the information you are examining is those of a rooted press colluded with the hunting associations, then your level of information is distorted.
I write every week to the order of journalists for the obvious fake news.
The problem of Trentino is that political class and social fabric of the wolf does not know a blessed mace.
The wolf does no harm.
Feeds according to valid procedures from 40 million years.

Dear Memy I am blunt and I apologize, but is this wolf a spormaggiore?

Then I must apologize but I was misled by the caption where you wrote about the holidays in Trentino.
I didn't understand the commitment thing.
However I join the sincere compliments for the originality of photography.
very nice.
A similar game of light I saw it only in a shot of last year to a female in Abruzzo in the Pnalm.
Good things.

I was referring to the commitment to fight fake news ;-) 8-)
It is not often that all factors are stuck properly but it is a light that has always fascinated me
an old shot....

Hello Rocco, look that I do not have it with Wolves, nor do not want to enter the political discourse.
I can only say that in thirty years I'm walking around mountains and woods I never found the carcass of a dead animal.
This year 2018 is already the third time I run into carcasses of dead chamers and eaten I think just from wolves, this is to mean that the number of wolves is definitely on the rise in our mountains
then on the various news that they hear on the newscasts , be... always have to be taken with pliers
Hello Andrea

For Memy, congratulations again.
for Andrea:
The reality is made of a very heavy media action against Wolves.
On sightings-predations-carcasses.
If in 30 years you have never been on the transepts of wolves is consistent that you have never met Wolves.
on carcasses and predations no Andrea I guarantee that since 2015 we have had predatory activity.
on the increase in numbers is long to explain, but the herds are stable.
My daily press review must clash with a dozen fake news from various newspapers and media.
The term wolf is ad sense clickbite.
