Fabbricato fortemente danneggiato dagli eventi sismici del 20-29 maggio 2012. E' stato demolito e in corso di delocalizzazione e costruzione al momento dell'inserimento della foto (Febbraio 2018). Il fabbricato era già utilizzato dal proprietario come magazzino agricolo e il nuovo stabile sarà appunto un magazzino.
