Super capture, in Italy is really a rarity, I had read of sightings on EBN, also good in the realization of the detachment and flight

Thank you. Here in the Lagoon of Caorle there is a couple of Aquila antraia greater than a few years winters regularly .... This year have been sighted three specimens .... ;-) in any case, not easy to identify and resume at an acceptable distance .... ;-)

Beautiful subject ... I would have cloned the sky to cover the branches in the lower right corner that disturb a bit ... but it remains a great catch

Very nice, I would have exaggerated a bit 'with the sharpness. I know you also had the Nikon 500 FL and I see that now you use the Sigma, if you're off, what you think best, also by virtue of the fact that you had the 500 AF-S II (I remember you had reviewed here on Juza). rTe I ask because I have a 600 AF-S II and I would like to understand if it's worth changing it with the last FL .. Thanks for the tips! A greeting! Marco.

Banjo911: generally, however, I tend not to exaggerate with the sharpness ... consider however that this is a rather considerable crop, the distance was considerable, with relative humidity of the morning and its atmospheric layer.
As for 500mm: the 500 OS sport if it plays in parity with the 500fl. impossible to say which is better between the two in terms of resolvency. Surely the stabilizer of the Nikon is a step above, while I prefer the 'af of Sigma with all its adjustments / customizations. 500 AFsII did not like it, it was less clear than the sigma 500 f4.5. As for the transition from 600 af-sII to 600 FL I do not know what to advise considering that the 600mm will use them mainly from the placement ... but I think the 600fl as well as the 500 fl are optical of great level and certainly better than the previous , at least for what concerns stabilityization and weight ...
