Undoubtedly the discovery deserved this document. ;-) In this case, perhaps I would have seen it too. :-D Indubbiamente il ritrovamento meritava questo documento. In questo caso forse li avrei visti anch'io. |

Beautiful photos, and beautiful mushrooms ambientaszione ok .. So, are edible but only after proper cooking (boiling) .. They are part of the genus Armillaria, the colors of photos can I assume this is Armillaria mellea, the famous "nails" in the jargon common, usually are boiled for a long time and put into oil in some regions are sought (in my, liguria, much less) .. the kind Armillria includes a number of fungi are very similar as the Amillaria ostoyae with the same characteristics as edibility '.. are fungi however,' in my opinion, disreputable perche'sono result of intolerance in many people .. also, I repeat, must be consumed strictly pre-boiled to avoid problems .. and should never be collected if found frozen (they grow even in late autumn and winter with temperatures close to 0) .. in this condition become toxic.
