premetto che si tratta di una mia interpretazione di una foto che ho visto, quindi il taglio è spudoratamente preso e adattato alla bottiglia che avevo a disposizione.
Ho cercato di mantenere la scritta martini al centro perché il logo è leggermente decentrato sulla sinistra, se avessi mantenuto il logo al centro avrei avuto problemi con la scritta, inoltre, il collo della bottiglia si rastrema verso il tappo, e avrebbe creato, sulla destra, una zona vuota che mostra lo sfondo, francamente molto negativa.
La luce sulla destra non mi sembra così forte, ma si può sempre attenuare, la retro illuminazione è data da un pannello riflettente, una luce diretta sarebbe stata troppo forte, in ogni caso proverò con un pannello più riflettente.
Sulla condensa hai ragione, non è molto bella, ma direi che il togliere la bottiglia dal frigo e piazzarla nel set non è una buona mossa per due motivi:
primo, la condensa naturale rende il vetro opaco quindi se la retro illuminazione ti sembra scarsa immaginatela con vetro opaco
secondo, le gocce non durano molto e tendono a scivolare verso il basso creando delle vere e proprie scie.
Bisogna che mi eserciti un bel po' per ottenere delle belle gocce di condensa  .
